Values Value is a recruiting company with expertise in game development and is currently looking for an experienced Facebook Media Buyer to join a fast-growing international mobile product company operating in the iOS subscription apps niche. The team operates in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment where media buyers manage substantial budgets and have a direct impact on revenue growth and profitability.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Develop and execute media buying strategies with a primary focus on Facebook traffic.

• Manage cloaking, and implement strategies to bypass restrictions and maximize performance.

• Conduct in-depth research to identify profitable target audiences and optimize campaigns for higher ROI.

• Monitor, analyze, and adjust campaigns to ensure optimal performance and cost-efficiency.

• Stay updated on Facebook advertising policies, industry trends, and new tools for arbitrage optimization.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Proven experience as a Media Buyer, with expertise in Facebook traffic and arbitrage.

• Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and other related tools for campaign management.

• Proven experience managing large advertising budgets effectively.

• Familiarity with spy tools to analyze competitor strategies and improve performance.

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to monitor campaign efficiency.

• Ability to adapt quickly to policy changes, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and capitalize on opportunities for campaign improvement.

• Hands-on experience with tracking tools (Keitaro, Binom, Voluum and etc)

• Experience working with mobile applications and web-flow (pre-landers, landings, web buy now pages, quizzes and etc)

• English — B1 level or higher.

Desired:

• Hands-on experience with cloaking tools will be a plus.

• Familiarity with AI automation and creative development

• Experience with TikTok, Snapchat, Google will be an advantage

• Basic knowledge of MMP and direct integrations (Appsflyer)
